After winning the toss, Pakistan Shaheen chose to bat first. Despite a promising 68 run inning from Omar Yousuf, the rest of the Shaheen struggled to keep up, facing a continuous fall of wickets. The Pakistani side managed to post a total of 135-9 in their 20 overs.

Key contributions came from Sri Lanka A's Lahiru Udara and Ahan Wickramasinghe, who built a 64 run partnership, setting the tone for the chase. Udara scored a quick 43 off 20 balls, while Wickramasinghe remained not out with a solid 52, including four boundaries and a six. The fourth-wicket partnership between Ahan and Sahan Arachchige added 32 crucial runs, helping Sri Lanka A chase down the target with ease.
